Pricing, delivery and payment

Prices are in toman. Submitting a request is not a payment or confirmed reservation. Specifications, the final price, delivery fees, timing and production terms are confirmed before payment. Custom production starts after design approval. Any additional cost must be disclosed and accepted in advance.

Registration with your first name, last name and verified mobile number is required before payment. Online payment will only be enabled after card ownership controls are in place. Do not enter your card PIN or CVV2 on this site.

Invoice

Viewing and printing your order summary on the site is free. Email delivery is an optional service costing 10,000 toman and is only added if you select it. It cannot be selected or charged when the service is unavailable.

Cancellation and complaints

For eligible transactions, the statutory withdrawal period of at least seven working days applies, subject to its starting conditions and legal exceptions. The status of personalised orders is explained before agreement; no condition removes mandatory rights concerning defects or non-conformity. Contact the workshop with your order reference for cancellation, defect or complaint requests so the outcome can be recorded.

Privacy

We collect information needed for accounts, orders, delivery and support. Correction or deletion requests can be submitted through Contact, subject to legally required record retention. Advertising requires separate consent.
