What is stored?
Your name, contact information, project details and uploaded files are stored to review and follow up on your request. Contact details and files are not publicly displayed; access is restricted to studio management.
Bank cards and automated guide
با رضایت شما و در صورت فعال‌بودن اتصال، شماره کارت و موبایل حساب برای تطبیق به وندار ارسال می‌شود. شماره کارت رمزگذاری‌شده و نتیجه استعلام ذخیره می‌شوند؛ در حساب فقط چهار رقم آخر نمایش داده می‌شود. رمز، CVV2 و تاریخ انقضا دریافت نمی‌کنیم. گفت‌وگوی کات‌یار با پاسخ‌های آماده در همین مرورگر انجام می‌شود و با بارگذاری دوباره صفحه نگه‌داری نمی‌شود.
Customer reviews
Your display name, review and media are stored with your consent and published only after approval. Contact the studio to request deletion.
Your bag and order tracking
A browser cookie connects your bag and requests to this browser. Clearing cookies removes tracking access; contact the studio if this happens.
Correcting or deleting information
To request a correction or deletion, contact the studio and provide your request reference.
Account, cards and tickets
Profile, address and ticket history are stored for account and order services. New cards require phone ownership matching through an enabled bank service. Card numbers are encrypted and only the final four digits are displayed. We do not collect PINs, CVV2 or expiry dates. Cards can be removed; earlier records may remain in backups until the retention period ends.
Automated guide
Prepared replies use workshop information. If AI answers are enabled, your question and public product information are sent to the model provider with your consent. Account, ticket and card details are not sent to the model. Do not include confidential information in your question.
Credit and discounts
Credit changes are recorded for follow-up. Each bag accepts one discount code; usage limits are checked when you submit the request. A submitted request is not a payment.
